Federation facility located on the planet Arkaria.  The station controlled the Remmier Array.  In 2368, starship Inchon, commanded by Captain J. Andrew Motter, was undergoing a baryon decontamination sweet at the Array in orbit when Maximillian made a port call.  Captain Lyon, Captain Motter, and Lieutenant Commander Monk got lost on the horse trails, hiking in a circle for over six miles before they found the beginning point of the twenty-mile-long hiking trail, which was only meters away from where the horse trails began.
